Carriers with buckles in both waist belt and shoulder straps (full buckle)
For the vast majority of people, a baby carrier is synonymous with buckles on both the waist belt and shoulder straps.
Few will recognise the more technical term of a full buckle. That term probably makes more sense, in comparison to its little brother half buckle which, unlike the full buckle, only has a buckle in the waist belt.
In reality, the term 'baby carrier' is broader, as a baby carrier can actually come in many varieties, both with and without buckles.
The carrier with click buckles in both the waist belt and shoulder straps is preferred by many who want to feel comfortable and secure carrying their baby - and get going quickly. You don't need any carrying experience. Simply adjust the length of the carrier and belt, click the buckles and you and baby are on your way - click'n'go.
The click buckle on the back can be annoying to some, though. So we've made a little video to show you how easy it is to adjust a baby carrier, while also giving you a trick to easily close the buckle on your back.
